NOTOCON XV Conference Schedule

The conference begins with an opening reception on Friday evening—an opportunity to connect, meet fellow attendees, and step into the current of the weekend.

Saturday opens with presentations, workshops, and a curated vending space, all available to registered members. That evening, we gather for our formal banquet, open to registered members and their registered guests. Dress to express—whether in glamour, mystery, or elegance—but do join us in your finest crown.

Sunday continues with more presentations, workshops, and vending, followed by a celebration of Liber XV, the Gnostic Mass, and our closing reception and remarks.

You'll find sessions and activities taking place in the Garden Room, the four St. Helens rooms (A, B, C, D) as well as in Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams, and Cascade. Open Tech Hour

This Birds of a Feather meetup brings together O.T.O. members with technology interests and expertise. Hosted by the tech team, this is your space for everything from basic troubleshooting to advanced digital strategies. Whether you're struggling with website issues, need help with digital tools for your local body, want to discuss security practices, or are curious about emerging technologies, we'll tackle challenges together. Connect with tech-savvy siblings who understand both the magical and practical sides of our digital lives. All skill levels welcome—sometimes the best solutions come from fresh perspectives. We'll also discuss forming an IT League or Collective.

Meet the leadership team and learn about Led2Gold's comprehensive leadership development program. Ask questions about our online materials, book clubs, and road show opportunities. Find out how to submit online leadership materials or become a guest or roadshow speaker. All initiates welcome—leadership skills benefit everyone, regardless of formal roles.

Writer Meet-up

A supportive gathering for O.T.O. members in recovery or who consider themselves recovered. This meetup focuses on discussing the formation of a Collective to provide ongoing peer support to those in recovery. Connect with siblings who understand the unique challenges of maintaining sobriety while engaging in magical practice. Share experiences about how our spiritual work intersects with recovery and explore what resources and support structures would be most valuable to our community. Whether you're newly sober, have years of experience, or are supporting someone in recovery, your input helps shape this vital support network.

Fiber Arts Meet-up

Calling all makers who work with fabric, yarn, thread, and fiber! Whether you knit, crochet, weave, embroider, quilt, spin, dye, or practice any other fiber craft, join us for creative fellowship. Bring a work-in-progress to create in our shared space while connecting with fellow crafters. Share techniques, inspiration, and discuss how your craftwork intersects with your spiritual practice. From sacred vestments to everyday creations, we'll explore the meditative aspects of fiber arts and possibilities for skill-sharing and resource pooling. All skill levels welcome—from complete beginners to master craftspeople. We'll also discuss forming a Collective.

Broadcaster/Podcaster/Influencer Meet-up

For creators who transmit information through podcasts, vlogs, radio shows, TV, or social media platforms. Whether you're an established broadcaster or just starting your media journey, connect with siblings who create content across various topics (not necessarily representing our tradition). Discuss technical aspects, content strategy, audience engagement, and maintaining authenticity in your chosen niche. Share resources, collaboration opportunities, and insights about reaching audiences effectively. From solo podcasters to media professionals, all formats and experience levels are welcome. We'll explore forming a Collective for mutual support and resource sharing.

Amateur Radio Group (93/73)

Sunday 11:00-11:45 AM

93/73 is an informal group of O.T.O. radio amateurs and enthusiasts attempting to gauge interest among our siblings. We promote everything from radio education and fun to licensing, mentoring, contesting, and emergency communications. Whether you're a licensed operator, studying for your license, or simply curious about amateur radio, join us to explore how this fascinating hobby intersects with our community. Discuss technical aspects, emergency preparedness, and the unique culture of amateur radio. We'll share experiences, resources, and discuss formalizing as a Collective.

U.S.G.L. Military Collective

Sunday 3:00-3:45 PM

The U.S.G.L. Military Collective fosters camaraderie and facilitates communication between O.T.O. initiates who are current or veteran service members of the eight United States Uniformed Services, service academy cadets/alumni, Women's Reserve veterans, or WWII-recognized Merchant Marines crew. Our members volunteer knowledge and skills gained from experience helping other veterans with VA benefits advocacy, civilian workplace veteran Employee Resource Groups, and other matters specific to current and veteran service members.
