VENDING APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS
Vendors for NOTOCON XV will be selected from the applications submitted via the link below. All applicants must be verified by U.S. Grand Lodge as dues current and in good standing. The vending tables are 8 ft. and will be available in whole table or half table sections. Every table will be dressed in black linen. Table pricing is as follows:
$150 for a full table (8 ft., 2 chairs)
$75 for a half table (4 ft., 1 chair)
The vending room will be available for set up on Friday morning and tear down on Sunday evening. Doors will open at 8:30AM for vendors and from 9AM to 4PM for the conference attendees. The vending room will remain locked outside of the scheduled hours.
Vendors have the option of being promoted on the NOTOCON website. This allows conference goers to preview what will be for sale in the vending room. Once approved, a member of the vending team will contact you with additional information. We appreciate all your hard work to get here and we look forward to hosting a fun vending room at NOTOCON XV.
